6. Food History

Dr. Lange asked him various questions to trigger his memory regarding all the foods he may have eaten in the five days before he got sick. Below is a table of Jeff’s food history.

“Jeff, can you give me the phone number of the host of the BBQ party you attended? I would like to see if anyone else who attended has been sick,” Dr. Lange asked.

Jeff gave her his friend’s number and commented that he had not heard about anyone else getting sick.
